Turning Point Consultants Ltd is a Kenyan-owned consultancy established in 2018, specialising in land use planning, environmental management and property development.
Our story
Physical Planners, NEMA Lead Experts, Surveyors & Development Consultants
We offer professional consultancy in planning, development and management of land — including master plans, advisory planning, tailor-made mapping, integrated plans and environmental management.
Our personnel bring wide-ranging experience in geospatial surveying, urban and regional planning, gained in a variety of working environments both locally and internationally. This blend lends itself well to the objectives of the planning profession.
Beyond planning, we offer property management services, project development (including proposals for funding and starting new projects on behalf of clients), and environmental management — writing EIA and EA reports to NEMA and guiding compliance during and after construction.
